“Greg and his team at Image Auto took my RV to another level. I bought it used and it had been sitting outside in the sun for years. All the decals had been peeling, cracking and fading. Image auto was the only one that wanted to tackle de-decaling the rv and doing a buff and polish. It would’ve taken me months. “I originally had my Tesla “wrapped” by Jay through another company. That company subsequently changed hands and i was in need of having portions of my “wrap” redone due to accident. I was able to locate Jay through the previous owners. He was able to match the previous film perfectly and i am extremely pleased with job he did. “The service here is EXCELLENT!!! I spoke with Caleb who was very nice and explained everything super well! I dropped my 2014 Ford Focus ST off around noon to have my cloudy headlights restored and they were done on the same day. The difference is night and day! The restoration made the entire car look new! I am extremely satisfied with the prices and that they offer PPF to prevent my headlights from becoming cloudy again in the future. All in all great place and I totally recommend them for anything headlight related!”
“David at Watershed did a great job on my new truck. I was very pleased with the mirror finish that was actually nicer than the showroom shine from the dealership. I am also real happy with the brake calipers that they painted red yo match the hooks, the springs and accents on the truck. Absolutely turned out better than perfect. Great Job!”

“Got my spoiler installed here before and they did such a great job that I decided to take my new set of wheels here to have them ceramic coated and installed. They were nice enough to allow me to ship the wheels directly to them and did an excellent job as usual including the TPMS sensors. Will definitely be back for future work!”

“I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from Garrett. I called asking for more pics and details about a 2018 i3 S that they had and Garrett was transparent with me on its condition, confirming some minor blemishes and providing a video walk around and additional pics so that I could judge for myself if it was worth the 1.5hr drive to check out the car in person and purchase. We worked out a deal over text and agreed on a fair price. When I arrived, I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, and charge it up at the local BMW dealer. I was gone for probably an hour and not once did they freak out or demand I bring the car back. I was pretty impressed that they gave me leeway to make sure I was good with the car. But the best part of my purchase experience with Garrett and team was the fact that they did not try to upsell me or "add on" any BS package like paint protection, GPS tracking, or fabric/leather warranties. All those are complete garbage and it's good to see Allen Motors not use those unethical bait and switch practices that other used car dealers do. It is probably the worst thing any dealer can do to you besides sell you a lemon. Garrett was professional, easy going, and made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. I got a great car for my daughter at a fair price and I didn't have to wade through any BS sales pitches or get tricked into paying for "add ons" that I did not want. It was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and I've bought many cars over the years.”

“I had a squeeling noise from the front of my car which I thought was the serpentine belt which still made the noise after replacing it. Then I was told it was probably the turbo from a shop but thought it was possibly a bolt based on an online video and hoping since there was only 73k miles on my mk6 GTI. The owner took my car for a drive and listen then after looking further determined it was the turbo. Thank you for replacing the turbo with the new part vs the other shop that was quoting a remanufactured part and though the newer part was somewhat more it was OEM and the overall the labor was a little bit cheaper than the first/other quote. When a broken bolt was found, which they visually showed us (my mechanically inclined friend and I), they were able to remove it for a reasonable price so both problems were fixed. Lastly they warned me of sidewall damage in one of my tires (which I knew about) but a mechanic also found that some of my tires were put on inside-out from the now closed Simi Valley Just Tires, but the T.O. Just Tires fixed both problems using the warranty for the bubble tire. I can only imagine the cost at a dealership considering how overpriced a transmission service was from the dealership recently. Thank you extremely to Jim and Mirek for the great work, service and price.”

Joey gave me the details and went above and beyond waxing and detailing our 25' Class C Winnebago. I wish I took some before pictures because our rig was full of bugs!! We drove from the west coast to the east coast and back and didn't clean the RV till now. And to say it was dirty is an understatement. Joey exceeded our expectations and now he is on speed dial as we are going to keep this rig waxed 3 times a year now! “I rarely get my car washed. This has led to several instances of the words, “WASH ME” written in the dirt covering the vehicle. I tried to stop it by letting people know that it was a “SCIENCE EXPERIMENT – DO NOT WASH”, also written in the dirt.
Since neither phrase resulted in a clean car, I tried washing it myself. Apparently, my neighbors don’t want to see an old, fat, ugly guy in Speedos getting lathered up. At least the cops had a good laugh.
So, off to Simi Auto Care I go! I took the body out of the trunk (total waste of time, BTW – they don’t even open the trunk!) and pulled up during a slow time.
Seriously, they certainly do a better wash than the local drive-through, and the prices reflect that difference. After the car went through the washing tunnel, it was cleaned by hand by one of the several guys at the other end. Not only did he do a nice job finishing the process, but he was also quick, too. The car looks great! I drove it back home in style.
Although, in hindsight, I probably should’ve worn something other than the Speedos.”

“Excellent job, excellent service! Fair price!
Called in the morning, they were at my house in the afternoon. Car had not been washed and waxed for some time; exterior was dull and dirty, interior was covered in dog hair; headlights were fogged....the car was a mess!
A couple of hours later the car looked great inside and out.
Highest recommendation!
Update: Hugo worked on my old dirty BMW today and once again did a great job. Looks better than at any time since it was brand new.
Update 3/17/25: Once again Hugo did a great job of cleaning, waxing, and polishing my old BMW. Huguo is actually getting even better at his craft, updating his technique and cleaning/polishing products. I will continue to call on him to keep my old car looking (almost) new.”
