“They were great, came out found out I needed a new motherboard. Samsung doesn't carry that motherboard anymore cause my TV is too old. A 2012 TV is too old, give me a break. Alex called me and said I could get one on eBay. Ordered it put it in and the 55" flat screen smart TV is working again. Yippee, thank you Alex for taking the time to find where I could get a new motherboard.”

“I was very frustrated because my newly built desktop PC was not booting up. I’ve built several PCs in the past, but not in a while - but had to upgrade due to Windows 11. I took my new build into the shop. Eddie looked it over and immediately noticed that I hadn’t connected a cable to a port that was concealed behind another component at the top of the motherboard. I was embarrassed, but he was very cool. I was thrilled that it was something easy and wanted to pay him; however, he declined to take any payment for his expertise. I appreciate his honesty.”
