“I was there for a wedding and the grounds are beautiful. There's a small lake with ducks and small turtles. There is a golf course across from where the venue was. There was construction in front of the hotel but plenty of guest parking on their lot next door. We did not book a room there so I can speak for that. Overall it's a nice place to visit.”

“Nice place to stay in Thousand Oaks. Great location with easy access to the freeways. Good staff, friendly. Beds are ok, not super comfortable.Rooms: Simple nice layout. Carpets are old and aging. Rooms could use a makeover.”

“Overall had a great stay! The room was clean the staff was friendly and attentive and the location in Old Town was quiet and near to many food choices liquor stores all the offerings of Old Town.Easy walk to the Camarillo area shuttle bus or down to the train station for Amtrak and Metrolink..Only two things I would cite but we're not that significant is the in room coffee is nice but the quality wasn't good and the little coffee cart as well as around the sink in the bathroom of the economy room where I stay was starting to peel and fray. Also there was a camera looking device on top of the TV which was quite alarming until I asked a fellow California to explain what that was and it was some type of receiver for the cable TV I just turned it toward the wall doesn't make me feel good to see cameras sitting out. That was quite unnerving but again nothing untoward as best I could tell.Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff and facilities for a great stay!”

“This is basically a brand new hotel built in 2019 and open in 2020. I was looking for an affordable alternative in the area that wasn't in the $300 and this hotel came in almost half that and a mile from 101. The staff was awesome and combined our reservation into one room with a discount. Our room was on the first floor two queen beds a dining table and mini kitchen with a working stove and a fridge. Just what my family needed. Thank will be back again for sure.Rooms: Rooms are modern and brand newWalkability: About a mile from a near by strip mall with plenty food options”

“Very clean, comfortable and quiet inn situated right off the freeway exit in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast area is bright and spacious serving just the regular breakfast food - nothing fancy. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with aTV, microwave and small fridge. Will definitely go back here if I'm in the area again.Rooms: The rooms were spacious, confirms and clean.”

“Very rude housekeepers and nosy . Worst atmosphere and very disturbing in the way they handle certain situations. Manager Esmeralda is the worst and has no customer service skills . I haven't stayed there. In over 9 months and when I made a reservation they cancelled without notice and when I showed up they all came out including the housekeepers to tell me I'm redlined and made false accusations of why I was being redlined even after the fact that I was attacked by my ex there in front of their workers yet he is still allowed at the property. The housekeepers and manager are too close and personal to the men even when they are married . They have no respect for other women and the relationships they are in with their husbands or boyfriends. They flirt and I have even seen one of the workers leave rooms at night time . The females there are nasty and disrespectful . They should be replaced especially the manager. The new owner should be allowed to be contacted in order to address certain behaviors by management and housekeepers.”

“We stayed at the Hyatt Regency as a relatively quick stopover during a trip north, and we had the most comfortable and easy stay. The food and service was delicious, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean..only con was our room's view was of the roof, but we didn't stay there long enough to mind.”

“Second time staying at this Marriott. Called at around 1PM to try to check in early and the friendly staff told me to come and they would accommodate us. we ended up going straight to our event but it was nice to know our room was ready. Didn’t have any issues with the room or the staff but we tried to contact my teen that fell a sleep in the room and were told calls couldn’t be connected to the room to call his cell. He didn’t have a cell phone so it was very strange. I kept telling her the room number and our personal info but because of privacy the call couldn’t get transferred. I understand but at the same time it didn’t make sense to have a phone in the room if you can’t use it. Everything else was fine. The location is perfect right in the middle of Simi Valley, close to Costco, Walmart, coffee shops, etc.”

“Walking distance of a great strip of restaurants and a few stores. Welcoming and nice place. Enjoy the breakfast but would love to see a little more variety besides breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. The food is good, just repetitive.Nearby activities: 300 ft of bars and restaurants.”

“Just your average Hampton Inn. We have had good luck with this Hilton brand and this one night stay was no exception. The staff was friendly and on point. The grounds and common areas were clean and well maintained. I did book the spa tub room and man was the whole room massive. The room was clean (we do a complete wipedown since covid) The tub was a bit of a scrunch for me at 6'1" but was relaxing after a long day of photography . The shower had two nozzles which was also nice. We did not eat the breakfast.”

“Quiet location but close to plenty of fast food and chain options. Rooms are a little lacking when it comes to amenities. Our fridge was left open and didn’t work anyway which wasn’t a big deal. However, there are zero plugs next to our bed and the only plug we had was in the bathroom area. It looses a star due to the inability to charge phones next to the bed. That was a little odd to me. Overall rooms are clean and bed is comfy and that’s what’s important. People complained of smell but it smells fine. After a shower the carpets do feel a little damp from the steam so I prefer to keep my shoes on the carpet rather than my bare feet. Budget hotel that served a purpose! Pool looks clean and it’s a cute hotel set up with a courtyard situation. Wifi you have to pay for but didn’t need it since I only stayed the night. Hotel check out is at noon which I feel is pretty generous! No cockroaches or bed bugs either. Glad I stayed here to get a good nights rest. Not nearly as bad as the other reviews make it out to be!”

“We needed something quick and close to our event. Let it be known we only stayed one night. We called the Hotel and spoke with Michelle to let them know we would be a little late to check in and would love in our room. Michelle was very pleasant and helpful. When we got there she knew who we were (she had our coffee pot, etc. ready to take to our room) Thank you Michelle! The room was clean: Bathroom in good working order; kitchenette -great; had a good night's rest; wi-fi worked great. Glad we found Extended stay ??Rooms: Room was clean, neat, smelled clean. TV worked great, good air-conditioning. Had a restful night. Bathroom was clean, had hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels for both of us, but does need a hair blow dryer. Michelle at front desk brought us a coffee pot and all we needed for yummy coffee. Thanks Michelle!Safety: Well lit outside. I think lighting could be better in the hall ways.Food & drinks: Food and drinks very basic breakfast. Should add more to choose from. Went to Starbucks??? Close to hotel.”

“Second time this year we have stayed. Super friendly Desk staff - pm and am.For price, we were disappointed that there wasn't a microwave or fridge. We were also shorted bath towel supplies. We were told that we should have called the front desk. We were too tired to think of that but will if the problem arises again. We will probably stay again.Good location and quiet. ❤️”

“I wanted to write a review to thank the staff for the amazing way they supported my family in finding my 5yr old autistic son who is non-verbal when he ran away from the room and missing for almost 15min.The front desk acted within 30seconds of me reporting my son missing. The hotel was locked down and the police arrived within minutes. What stuck out to me most was that the ENTIRE staff was not only focused on finding my son but they were calm and SO KIND so me (especially) as I ran around frantically... (even into parts of the hotel I was not permitted) and continued to stay by our side until he was found. The aftermath of him running away was met by a staff that continued to be gracious and kind for the duration of our stay.THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND KINDNESS!Specifically, thank you: Chris, Jani, Kim, Galindo, Michelle and Michael.I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and it's staff and cannot thank you all enough.Safety: The protocol for a missing child was executed smoothly and promptly and it helped me feel safe in a terrifying situation.”
