“Having owned a Snoozzz bed for the past nine years, I can attest to its exceptional quality and my satisfaction with the product. The environmentally friendly manufacturing practices were a primary consideration in my initial purchase, although comfort was also a significant factor. While this particular model is no longer in production, I was thoroughly impressed with the owner's expertise during my decision-making process. Previously, I was exclusively a Beautyrest customer, but Snoozzz's offerings ultimately won me over. Furthermore, the local ownership and reasonable pricing structure are highly commendable aspects of the company.”

“Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his knowledge on the different mattresses after finding out individual sleep requirements - mattress firmness, cooling etc. There was no rush to decide. Their price is definitely higher than tempurpedic website or discount warehouses but you do get great personal service at this local Simi Valley business. The 90 day trial period is standard for that manufacturer no matter where you buy it but it's a nice perk. My only negative was their "white glove delivery" which was less than expected especially with the higher mattress price. Positives were great customer service and store selection! I still give them 5 stars despite disappointment with delivery guys.”
“5 stars for customer service, shipping, ease of ordering and initial mattress set up! Can't comment on the durability of the mattress since I haven't had it long enough.
I placed an online order and within 24 hours received a call from AirPedic explaining next steps and verifying my order. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks, but it shipped within 11 days of ordering and made it to Texas 2 days later. The mattress was packaged well and was easy to set up.
It appears to be a nice, quality mattress - comparable to Sleep Number.”

The young lady at the front directed me and was more than pleasant, I asked for the Store Mgr and she came over promptly and I can see why the store was ran so well, it started with Chanel. “My old mattress was sagging so I was looking for a new one. I went to mattress firm but they don’t have what I was looking for. Either too soft or too expensive. It was a great pleasure to meet Mike at Ortho Mattress who helped me a lot to determine my next mattress all Friday morning. If you have back issues and are looking for a extra firm mattress, you should check out this place. Most other stores carry mostly soft or medium.”
