“Amazing service. I had a unique short-term storage situation and contacted SoCal Self Storage with what I thought was a solution. When the big day arrived, assistant manager "Larry" and I realized it wasn't going to work! Larry proposed a couple creative ideas and was very flexible in helping me get moving again. He followed up with me several times and at move-out helped again, all for no extra charge but simply bc he seems to enjoy helping people. Extremely professional and customer-centric. 5 stars all around. Oh! And the free first-use moving truck is a great bonus!!!”

We will continue to use this business whenever we need to move furniture and other items from our home or business. They have demonstrated their expertise and value in all aspects of moving out furniture of all sizes. Our stairway is curved and mo moving furniture like we had is not an easy proposition. How they managed to not either hit our walls or banister is beyond me. But when they were finished there was no damage whatsoever! I believe they charge far too little for the time and effort required when moving large pieces of furniture! In fact, I voluntarily increased their price and gave them more than the invoice Bryan presented to me. We strongly believe great service folks deserve to be paid more and today was no exception. “It was a pleasure doing business with this company. They had last minute availability. I had to move in two parts. Part one was my old place into their storage. And then part two was from storage into my new place. For part one, I jumped on FaceTime with the owner and walked him through everything that needed to be moved to storage. His estimate was pretty much spot on. The crew worked quickly. For part two, they took everything from storage and moved it into the new place. That all went smoothly. But I noticed afterwards I might've been overcharged. This was on a Saturday. So I made a noted to call them on Monday. Lo and behold, the owner reached out to me before I had a chance to make that call. We talked it over and ended up paying less than what I signed for on the day of. Would definitely recommend and do business with them again!”

I called Lyn on a Monday, because he came highly recommended by a friend, and that day he gave me an estimate over the phone. It was super reasonable, clear, and complete, with no hidden fees or last minute additions to the cost. Friday morning Gary and Michael showed up bright and early and had the move made within 2 1/2 hours . They thoroughly wrapped every single piece of furniture and were careful and cheerful and hard working and made the move incredibly smooth. What could have been such a stressful day was actually relaxed and calm and a true blessing to my parents and I. Thank you Best Move!!!! Couldn't have asked for a better moving company.”

“I was super paranoid about hiring a by they hour company. I was worried they would purposely work slowly to “buy†more time. The person who assisted me in coordinating was Mayra and she assured me how everything would go step by step. The movers arrived at expected time. Their names were Alan and Ernesto and they immediately got to work and prepped my items which I didn't expect. All items were wrapped to keep them clean and all fragile items were secured. They were focused on getting the job done and wouldn't even sit and take a break for a second to even drink water. They were also very polite and thorough to make sure they didn't miss anything. Their truck was also large enough for one trip to save time. I will absolutely recommend them or hire them again in the future. Went way better than I anticipated with no surprises. Mayra set the correct expectations and I am 100% satisfied.”

“I hired Russell and his son to move my stuff from my old mobile home to a storage facility and then back to my new manufactured home. They were unbelievably reliable, courteous, friendly and efficient. On time too! I didn't even have to accompany them to the storage facility either going or coming back. It helped me tremendously to be able to rely on them. They dismantled beds, TVs, and packed it all carefully. Nothing was broken or chipped. The price was fair and I would absolutely hire them again. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

When I initially came in a few months ago and had a ton of questions since I had never rented a storage unit before I dealt with Justin and he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I went in today to downsize the unit that I previously rented due to selling some of the items and not needing as much space. Today I dealt with Jonathan. He was also just as helpful and courteous. Even more so he helped me move my heavy furniture from the larger unit to the small unit as the person that was supposed to help me didn't show up. I am very happy with how professional yet caring they are and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for storage space.”

“Jason, John and company packed up 80% of our house, as requested in a little under 2 days. They were through, efficient, and asked questions when there was an either/or situation. I had my weaving studio in my home, which contained three large floor looms and a number of spinning wheels. Everything was secured, wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped like mummies. I am confident they will arrive in great shape when our move is complete. A few days later Jason had an associate company come with a truck to move everything to storage. Every one of these young men were pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to use them again!!”
