“I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldn't take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didn't have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.”
