“I'm new to being an adult and never had to get a notary up until now. I explained what I had to get notarized and they accomadated and explained to me what to do. They printed out the paper I needed and notarized it for me and did it free of charge. The lady was kind and I could tell she was a good person. I ended up putting money in her donation jar for the Ventura County Animal Shelter because she shares the same love for animals as I do. Thank you if you're reading this.”

“I had three large art pieces to ship and it was more than I could DIY, so I went to The Box Stop. I was nervous because the art pieces (two paintings and a framed needlework) were not expensive, but were created by family members and are irreplaceable. The two men who helped me (sorry, I didn't get their names) handled the art so carefully and explained how it each piece would be safely packed and shipped that I felt my special things were in good hands. When the boxes were received on the other end, my auntie was impressed by how well the pieces were protected and packed. Thank you for preserving my family treasures!”

“Was running late today and needed to pick up a (re-routed signature required) package, but unfortunately got there as they closed. The clerk there was dealing with wet carpet and dryers, but was still kind enough to let me in and pick up the package. I frequent this location and everyone I’ve dealt with is always helpful and professional, so I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. My guess is these bad reviews come from people who are just new to a process or are just having a bad day and looking to project their issues on someone at UPS. Thanks for the great service and kindness today UPS- First/LA!”

“I recently visited the USPS location in Simi Valley and had a very good experience. I needed to take care of some mailing and shipping, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. The staff was helpful, professional, and willing to answer my questions. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain the available options instead of simply processing the transaction and moving on. The office was clean and organized, and even though a post office can get busy, the employees continued working efficiently and kept things moving. I know USPS locations can sometimes have long lines, especially during busy hours, but my visit was much better than I expected. The service was straightforward, and I was able to get everything done without unnecessary complications. I also like that USPS offers so many useful services in one place, including shipping packages, mailing letters, buying postage, PO Box services, and other everyday postal needs. The employees deserve credit for dealing with different customers and different requests throughout the day while still maintaining a professional attitude. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at this Simi Valley USPS. It was convenient, efficient, and much easier than I expected. Thank you to the staff for the helpful service and for making my visit smooth and stress-free. I will definitely come back whenever I need to ship or mail something in the future. Five stars from me!”
