“After getting screwed over multiple times by Audi dealerships, we got a newsletter for Kurt's One-Stop and checked their reviews. Took a chance on them with our 2021 Audi RS5 sports coupe.
We were anxious and frustrated by all our previous mechanic experiences, and tired of being screwed over just bc of the appearances associated with having a luxury car.
Tim and Pete treated us right at every interaction, were totally honest and transparent about the situation, and in my opinion, prob under-charged by a lot for the investigative work and labor on it.
We will take all our vehicles to Kurt's in the future, with no hesitation!

“Man do those three guys WORK HARD. The kid & his uncle are very NICE & FUNNY too. So nice the uncle offered me a COLD WATER & left super quick to get the crew a 12 pack of COKE & offered me one. I refused. You have to ORDER the WINDOW FIRST with a $50 DEPOSIT, but still CHEAP & FAST once they got the window. I ordered the window like an hour before closing & they said & had the window by 9 am the next morning when they opened. That was cool. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place for sure. THANKS GUYS”

“I inquired online about buying 4 tires and I got a quote. Greg the owner responded immediately and sent me an email to come in whenever he had the tires I was looking for. When I got there he was kind and polite and it took 20 mins for them to change out all 4 of my tires. Greg made everything so easy and I was very happy with the outcome. “Great job on my veloseter Hyundai yellow if other veloseter goes there they may as the extra work from you the catalytic converter the extra “j” metal to strengthen there catalytic converter also
So it is either shake the catalytic converter with magnet check if a lot of it shakes or
Weight the catalytic converter to the new one to see if it’s heavier than new one
Basically old heavier it shattered from inside”

“It’s always hard to find a good mechanic that does good work and is trustworthy. A friend recommended me to give this shop a try and I’m glad I did. My transmission needed work done And they were able to fix the issue. It has been over a year since the repair and everything is working just fine. I recently needed my water pump replaced and they were able to get that job done for a reasonable price compared to other shops. The best selling point for the shop I believe is Michelle. Her customer service skills are great and to me that goes a long way. I will continue to come here for my repair needs and I will recommend everyone without hesitation to get work done here as well.”
