Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites is an economical and convenient option for travelers visiting Moreno Valley. The hotel offers spacious and nicely updated rooms equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, desk, and balcony, providing comfort and practicality. Guests often appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, especially at the front desk and breakfast service, where the breakfast lady is noted for her kindness. The breakfast itself is highly praised, featuring a variety of options including delicious waffles, eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, yogurts, cereals, toast, tortillas with salsa, and fresh fruit, making it a great start to the day. The location is excellent, within walking distance to grocery stores, fast food joints, pharmacies, and other shops, making it easy to access essentials. The hotel grounds include a clean and refreshing pool with plenty of lawn chairs, sun, and shade, although the hot tub has been out of service for weeks, which disappointed some guests. Parking is free, and amenities such as vending machines, ice machines, and laundry services are available, with room features including a fridge, microwave, and TV. However, there are some drawbacks. Beds are considered very hard, and room cleanliness and security issues like occasional roaches and found items under beds have been reported. Key cards often need reprogramming, and the hot tub has been out for a long time. Housekeeping is limited to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for weekly stays, and there is no daily cleaning service. Electric vehicle charging stations are non-functional, which is a concern for EV owners. Despite these issues, many guests find the hotel to be a good value, especially due to its affordability, friendly staff, and walkable location, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Third time coming here, always had a good experience, service is good very accommodated . For sure coming back . Staff so nice after I had just checked in I lost my room key, and they were nice enough to get me a new key free of charge.
