Room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and serviceable. 5/5.
Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly. Didn’t really interact with the Front Desk (app check-in and out). 5/5.
Location is fine - irrelevant metric, 5/5 anyways.

“Power cut out in the whole building for about and hour or two. Then the other bed closest to restroom had a bed bug in it. Ewww. But other than that. Awesome hotel and food was delicious.”

“Honestly this is my favorite Best Western. Room was HUGE, you could probably fit 3 rooms for Motel 6 into 1 room here in the King room they gave us. The grounds are pretty and everything is clean and updated, the other hotels in the area are just so raggedy. Conveniently next to freeway but also out of the way enough that it's quiet and safe. We like it very much.”
“Here's the bottom line. Most affordable hotel in 20 miles. What you get for the money is a great deal.
I travel the country working at military bases and don't receive a per diem so every dollar counts. This place has been great to me. Issues, certainly. The night guy was real difficult to work with at first. He's great today. Other front desk staff, wonderful.
Would I take my children here...no. would I take my partner.....she'd leave me! But, I would stay here every time for work.
Weekends are more expensive. M-Tr are very affordable.
Restaurant in front is like a Denny's but better.
Just saying. If value is important to you, this place is the spot in Moreno Valley and beyond.

“Other than a very rude front desk clerk, the stay was good. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Night clerk was great. It was just the day lady that was not polite at all.”
