I tried on a few pairs and she let me know that some of the ones I was looking for were online only but that I could also order them in store and she was just so patient. “First time visiting. Easy to find store, very clean inside and good customer service. I found everything I needed within minutes, the aisles are free of clutter and they have a variety of foods to include body, hair and attire assortments. They also have ATM. I highly recommend and I’ll return!”

“I would give it a 5 but the guy didnt let me try on the 501s that they have and i didnt have a problem if they were big or not but either way i just didnt mind it and there was this guy asking to try on a dress and the worker said that it would look nice on him so i just assumed that the guy was probably gay so i gave some respect to the worker and he was kinda chill?”
“The store has good items but there is always only one register open and sometimes the line is across the store. Last time I asked they said that the rule was if there was more then 3 people in line then they could open another register but they never do and the employees chat and take there sweet time which causes the line to grow much longer .
Don’t get me wrong it’s fine if they chat you know but at least open another register so that the time passes by faster”

“I visited this store today and had a really good experience after a long time. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. The supervisor, Mahnoor, helped me find all the items I was looking for and was very kind and patient. She made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. It’s nice to see someone who actually cares about helping customers. Overall a great experience. Will visit again soon!”
“Jessica, the store manager, went above and beyond for me today! I had placed an online order for pick up for a Valentine’s Day gift and when I showed up it was not processed in their system yet so another store employee had cancelled the order so I could rebuy the shoes and not have to wait for the order to process. However, I initially paid with a gift card so when I went to go pay for the shoes it was saying $0 balance on my card. Jessica called customer service and was on the phone with them for about 30 mins so that I could get the gift card refunded and be able to buy my valentines gift for tonight. She handled the situation professionally and found a creative way to make it work. Thanks Jessica for all your help!”
