“This store is literally such a gem, and the staff are actually the best stylish curators! I came in with an idea of jeans that I was looking for, and stylist Olivia curated such a wonderful set of outfits, jeans, tops, sweaters and hidden style choices for me to try! She enhanced my shopping experience and each item I tried on really fit my body type, even amidst my petite height! She was so good at introducing me to items in the store that just got shipped in, and put together outfits I never would have normally paired. Honestly, I would definitely come back to this store just for the experience again. Thank you Olivia for one of the best detail oriented and fun shopping experiences! I know my photo doesn’t look a lot but the pieces that were picked out were such good quality! Ugh I can talk more but this post is long enough! Have fun shopping everyone!”
“I went in for new bindings and they asked if I needed help and I was like “yah do you know which ones are all mountain?” (I was standing there googling a few and taking forever because they don’t have any specs listed) and the response was “it doesn’t matter they’re all fine for beginners.” I’ve been riding 19 years which they obviously wouldn’t know, but a simple “no” would’ve been fine lol. Kinda annoying response because with that logic a beginner is gonna waste hundreds on something they don’t need and two, there IS a difference between bindings. In the end they didn’t have my size in the ones I wanted. Still 5/5 cuz I like this place.”
“Amazing! Fashion is on point! Top notch clothing store! The LIVE feed on the app (honey and lemon ?) is so fun and upbeat it’s always fun to see the owner keeping it real!!Also!! “Good stuff to find there and I love how all of the employees are really nice. There was this one person checking out my stuff he was talking to us and me and him have some things in common. He was talking about birds turns out the was really interesting and pokemon I learn that me and him have the same favorite.this person was so nice and interesting sadly I don’t know there name but I would love to meet them again. This person brighten up my day all I remember they had multi color nails 10/10 best day.”
“Great service and the only reason it wasn't five stars is that the men's selection was pretty limited. Lots of similar colours and clothing that was just ok. Usually there arr better choices so a bit of a let down.
Otherwise, quality, service, and price were great.”
“We wandered into 1Love IE in Downtown Redlands and were warmly greeted by Justin, the owner. He was so kind and engaging, and he took the time to share the inspiring story behind how he started his business, it truly made the visit special. The hat display was my favorite! I loved seeing the variety of styles, all inspired by the heart and culture of the Inland Empire. You can feel the local pride in every piece. We'll definitely be back to support this awesome local shop!”
“I don’t really like shopping as I look at it as a chore. I can say I appreciate that music is being played and helps make the chore tolerable. Either way, I have purchased one of many cute outfits from Nordstrom rack online and in store, which I mostly like to do online. On several occasions that I decide to go in store Im always at the clearance aisle. I have purchased some great finds. I was on the lookout for a bday outfit for my daughter’s bday. Happy bday month baby! I ended up getting two dresses and I really wanted the third one but it was way too short and I don’t really want to babysit my outfit but it was so cute , ?. Overall I enjoy when I do come in because some items aren’t on the app and I dance to the music lol. See you soon when I have my next babies bday coming up.”

“Was introduced to this store a few years back by my cousin from Redlands. Every time we revisit Nectar the vibe & visit only gets sweeter the add on little kid side is adorable & the customer service is always so sweet. They even gave me a free tote bag & sticker which I will be putting on my car I hope to one day bring my fam & kids here!

“I am so impressed with the kindness of the employees at Tillys in Citrus Plaza. On multiple occasions they’ve helped with returns, and made the process seamless. When the line is long, they open more registers, while reassuring me that they are going to see my transaction through to the end, I hate taking up too much employee time especially during a busy season. The employees were happy to give outfit suggestions too. Great job Tillys…this staff is top notch.”

He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied.
It's not often you see a store manager so involved on the sales floor and willing to assist customers personally. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and it's clear he takes pride in leading his team and taking care of his customers.
