HR. Smoke & Gift #1 is a highly recommended smoke shop in the MoVal area, particularly for military personnel. It offers a great selection of products and is considered a one-stop-shop for all smoking needs. The shop provides military discounts, which is appreciated by the community.
While the majority of the reviews are positive, there have been some issues with certain vape products, such as the Flum Wafer, which had auto-firing problems. The staff initially dismissed the concerns, but later rectified the issue by providing a replacement. Overall, the shop is considered cool, but customers are advised to be cautious with some of the vape products.
The shop is praised for its courteous, patient, and knowledgeable staff, who have been helpful in assisting customers with their purchases and setups. Customers have been coming to the shop for years and appreciate the business and generosity of the owners.
