“Open till 10pm . Everyday of the week. Monday thru Sunday. Neon Green sign that says LIQUOR, but they don't sale liquor, but they are owned by the liquor store that does in the same plaza located on the exact opposite side. Located at the crossing of Heacock and Alessandro, opposite the street side that has Dairy Queen. The evening staff is cool. The last 10 min before closing are always the most busy. They open earlier than most other head shops. Like 8 or 9am. And always close late at 10pm .”

“Been coming here steady for about 5 months, last time i got an elf the battery started to spark. I let the guy know and he shrugged it off saying you probably left it in the car...I did not.Kept coming back just thought maybe it was a one time with the device.Today i go and get flum wafer, within my first hit it starts to auto fire. I go back and the guy gave me an exchange for the same one. However this new flum the guy gave auto fired again in front of him. I know maybe this is probably a design flaw with vapes itself but to tell me "these are different sometimes it happens." Is not a valid answer, especially since these things are not cheap. I appreciate the exchange, threw it away within an hour because it auto fired for 2 minutes straight. This place is cool, pricey for certain things, just stay avoid from the flums.UPDATE!Went back and they replaced it for me, it was indeed a flum wafer issue. Thank you guys so much. Will be back soon.”

“Let me start off by saying this is a store like any other store if you need to buy something buy it and go if it's overpriced don't buy it and you can leave without buying anything pretty simple right? Anyway I've never been treated badly here and I'm not saying that other people haven't but at the same time I've had great service because I'm very respectful and I appreciate having a good smoke shop nearby. Having done said all that I personally have had the experience where they didn't have something that I wanted so I asked the counter person if they can order it and sure enough they did so as a customer it made me feel important to them. I'm not going to say that one of the employees didn't catch an attitude with me though but it really doesn't matter to me because I told her what I needed to tell her I don't really care how she felt about it I didn't say anything wrong to her but she definitely got upset with me. The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings. This is a local neighborhood smoke shop so if you give them bad marks and bad ratings and nobody goes there where are you crack heads going to go to get your cigarettes and your pipes? Things that make you go hmm”
