“Switched to metro yesterday and the gentleman was extremely helpful, kind, and the process of switching over was fast. Went to multiple locations and they were the only store that helped us get the phone without trying to overcharge. He was very knowledgeable and explained plans and out of door costs. Would highly recommend.”
“This place gets some pretty horrible reviews, which isn’t surprising. Spectrum seems to be a reasonably awful company. I would imagine this place gets extremely busy with super long wait times, however, I showed up like ten minutes late for my reservation and waited for less than ten minutes to be helped. Ricardo was pretty helpful, though it seemed like some things were simply out of his hands. Five star review for this visit, hopefully it balances out their ratings.
