“Tuesday I desperately needed to know why my phone was doing weird stuff. I googled the nearest location to me and spoke with a person who could not tell me what store was next door to her. So,That was a no brainer....off to the location next to BJ's. When I walked into T-Mobile I was greeted right away. A young man by the name of Billy was nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I was in good hands and a happy camper when I left the store. Billy was able to restore my cell phone to it's normal state. This is the T-Mobile store you want to do business with. “I needed to turn in old equipment. I was the first person there on a Tuesday morning. (I gave the place a few minutes to open up because sometimes places don't open up when they say they will open up.) While I was being served, eight people walked in. Unlike me, they all had to take a number and sign in for service. Although there were two employees there, only one was taking customers. It was clear the other employee was working on administrative duties. I was given a receipt for the equipment. There is ample parking at this site. My recommendation: go early.”
