“This place is amazing!! The customer service, (which is a lost art in America now) was impeccable!! I was calling around for sizing prices in Riverside County, as a favor for my son. I called a handful of places before I called Gigi’s. When she answered the phone, she was very energetic, straight to the point, professional and told me the total range of prices. I got to her couple weeks later, but she actually REMEMBERED speaking with me!! (Shocked). I showed her the ring. She was open and honest and explained there were a couple issues with it that needed specialty repair care because of the delicate “enamel” flower petals around the stones. Regular sizing would melt or damage them. She told me she was going to LA the next day and she could take it to people she deals with, with laser cutting and such, that she would not charge me too much extra, and we agreed. She got my number, and next day kept me appraised of the progress and when we could pick it up next day. She sent me pictures of the finished product, and it looked better and stronger than the original!!! And after all was said and done, I think she only charged me $5 extra for all the extra services!!! AND put it in a beautiful, unique box, instead of the plain box it came in…BRAVO!!!!! ??? Gigi’s Jewelers!!!!! They are the place to go!!!!! The store is in the Moreno Valley Mall, DOWN the escalator from the food court, right across there on the corner!! The store is immaculately clean and organized, and she has such BEAUTIFUL and unique DISPLAYS of different jewelry, watches, etc. And she KNOWS HER STUFF!! Prices are so fair and she will even work with you, let her know what you are trying to do, and if she can, she will help you come to a agreeable solution. She takes pride in her business and genuinely loves her customers!! If the truth be told, GIGI is the REAL jewel here!! THANK YOU GIGI!!!!! Much Love ? ❣️”

They’re always the best priced, super friendly and have beautiful pieces and variety of jewelry. Last year she even opened back up at closing to help us when we just wanted to inquire if they did piercings. Great variety of starter earrings too for piercings.
