“Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason?”
