My wife went for a service (oil change) we have a plan that covers the value, but an agent named Carlos charged my wife for the service. They told me to refund the money, waiting a month for the money to be returned. They tell me that the manager is very busy that we just have to wait.

The work was done in a timely manner and everything seems to be fixed. Lisa Moncada was my main contact from start to finish and was great! I will travel further away from home to come to Moss for customer service like that. Thanks Lisa!

In 1921, "Red" Moss, Sr. opened his first dealership in Blythe, California. Little did he know that his small dealership would be the genesis of an automotive legacy spanning four generations of hard working, dedicated professionals who personify the American dream.He opened a Dodge dealership in Riverside, CA in 1938. His son "Ade" Moss, Jr. later joined the ranks and they opened the nation's first auto center in 1965, called "The Riverside Auto Center." Red instilled a "customer-first" approach for the car business in Ade, who then passed it on to his sons "Jay" Moss, III and Glenn Moss, Sr. Jay and Glenn expanded the company with the addition of Moss Bros. Dodge in San Bernardino in 1987.
