I took my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 in because the check engine light was on and my vehicle was going into “reduced engine power” mode, aswell as the engine cooling fan running on high. Being that I have an extended platinum powertrain warranty and Manufacture warranty that both go to 100,000 miles, I took the truck in to Chevy Moss Bros to have the issue fixed after referring to the GM service bulletin, the issue was confirmed to be the coolant control valve which could either be replaced, or fixed with a system update. I was without my truck for a week, just for my service advisor “Lisa” to tell me they were going to perform a exhaust leak patch, (they claimed was the issue) and tried to charge me $30 dollars for a gasket and over $700 for the service which included a sand and seal under a clamp. This was not covered under warranty. This was obviously an egregious overreach of and ridiculous cash grab. I took my truck back, and had the leak patched with my personal mechanic (took him 20 minutes, and didn’t even charge me). It did not fix my issue. The issue my vehicle has, IS covered by warranty and this dealership chose to ignore it and try to sell me something unrelated that I didn’t need. I ended up paying roughly $230 dollars for a diagnosis and was without my work truck for over a week. What a scam. Take your vehicles to Aaron Chevrolet people, they’re honest and won’t steal your money. I’m a contractor in the area and I’ll be advising all my customers to avoid Moss Bros Chevrolet.

My wife went for a service (oil change) we have a plan that covers the value, but an agent named Carlos charged my wife for the service. They told me to refund the money, waiting a month for the money to be returned. They tell me that the manager is very busy that we just have to wait.

The blatant gull to add close to 15k on a 30k vehicle in fees and extra add-ons is ridiculous. They are very happy to take advantage of anyone not completely aware of how they are structuring the sale. Very disappointing. Highly would not recommend this dealership( you could not try and sneak 15grand in upcharges on your future customers, of which we will never be)

TLDR: Mickey is a slime ball, the whole experience is an act, go elsewhere.Unless you’re ready to play their sleazy game, I would not recommend buying from Moss Bro.We identified a car we wanted to buy, spoke to Mickey over the phone and got an “out the door price” we were satisfied with. We drive 1.5 hours to buy the car (confirming the out the door price once again, while on the road). We arrived at the dealership, did our test drive, started paperwork, and then the games began. Mickey assured us that he *really* tried to get us the number he promised but the man on the phone said no. He came back with a price $2.8k more than promised. After trying to convince us to pay more (they ultimately dropped to $500 over the promised price), we walked away. Two minutes down the road, we got a phone call saying they would give us the car at the price they promised… how noble. According to them, they were going to lose money on the deal… yet another lie.At no point did anyone actually walk us through the numbers. They added multiple extended warranties to the deal and, here’s where things get extremely slimy… MICKEY ADDED $500 TO THE PRICE. Budgeting is my game so I knew exactly what the end total should have been. Before we signed the final contract (and after dropping unwanted warranties), numbers were not adding up right so we asked to see the actual contract, only to see an extra $500 added to the purchase price. The dealer is lucky we caught it beforehand or this would have landed them with a lawsuit. The whole experience was a gimmick. You have Tony, our friend throughout the process (and he was very nice), Mickey, acting on behalf of the bad man, and the bad man assuring us they’re losing money to keep us happy (dealers do not give cars away… they def made money on the deal). In the end, we got the car we wanted for a price we were happy with, in spite of Moss Bro.If you do decide to go here, bring popcorn… it’s one heck of a production.

Bought multiple cars from this place, never had issues with the cars. Every time I have had my car serviced here there is an issue. Usually it is little minor issues but this last time was major. My car was towed in for an alternator issue. I had to keep calling to get an update on the car. When I came to pick up my car, my windshield had a crack in it. When I notified the girl that was assigned my service, she went and notified the manager who then told me they don't know how it got there. They said since my car was towed in they couldn't drive e ot through to do the electrical inspection. So I asked for a copy on the physical walk around, to which they conviently did not do. They refused to pay for service even though their own employee said she did not remember a Crack in my windshield. Long story short, I will not be back. If you go make sure the inspection is done before you leave the shop.

The work was done in a timely manner and everything seems to be fixed. Lisa Moncada was my main contact from start to finish and was great! I will travel further away from home to come to Moss for customer service like that. Thanks Lisa!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! My husband and I have had the worst customer service at this dealership. We purchased all weather floor mats and we never received them. It’s been 2 months! I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me they just transfer you to voicemails and never return your calls. They also took a really long time to send us our title to our car and we couldn’t register it because we moved out of state and again they transferred us to voicemails and told us they would get back with us and never did.

DO NOT BUY HERE! They do not provide the service they charge you for! We weren't able to register our car for 45 days after purchasing because they convinced us to do a one way trip registration because we were moving to Texas. The paperwork they provided was not sufficient to register in Texas. When we called for help it is impossible to get any help over the phone with this company. So many rude employees. I was hung up on, put on hold, transferred to voicemails. I left messages and no one returned my calls. I finally just received the title for my car 45 days after purchase. We also purchased all weather mats that we have not received and it's been 76 days. We asked for a refund but again terrible service. When finally able to talk to a manager after hours of arguing he says he can refund back to my debit card. Well we had to change our debit cards because we changed our accounts to a different state. He refused sending us a check saying it's against policy. He says the mats are coming, they have been saying that for 76 days. We paid cash for our car and accessories but we can't get a refund. Terrible service.

We had been in the process of purchasing a new Chevrolet Suburban, as we already own a 2019 Suburban. However, we experienced dishonesty and disrespectful behavior from the dealership staff. We felt targeted, especially when the salesperson TK told my wife to be quiet and stop speaking. TELLING HER SHHHWe had engaged in three days of phone conversations WITH ABEL AND MANAGER MICKEY to ensure that if we made the 2 and a half hour trip to the dealership, they would be able to meet our requirements and work with us. They made promises to that effect. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the salesperson we had been communicating with was absent, after promising us he be there and a different salesperson took over. This new salesperson TK continued to express frustration about taking on our sale saying "I'm so ANGRY" because he apparently had taken on the sale and I'm sure because now he had to split who knows but his tone and attitude and choice of words were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Despite our arrival with a loan and a check from our bank, Navy Federal, the salesperson insisted on running our credit again, falsely claiming it was a legal requirement. We had no need for approval from other banks, as we were prepared to make the purchase outright. Furthermore, the salesperson rudely told my wife to be quiet. The manager, Mickey, who had also contacted us and provided false information, refused to address our concerns directly.During our phone conversations with a person named Abel, lasting three days, we were informed that the Suburban had an MSRP of $72,000. Abel assured us that they could bring the out-the-door price down to $67,000. However, upon our arrival, the dealership suddenly claimed that the price was $88,000, not including taxes and fees, which would bring the total close to $98,000. This blatant deception wasted our time, forced us to make an unnecessary trip, and subjected us to disrespectful treatment. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable. Point here is that is false advertisement, is ok you don't want to bring it down totally ok! But if your being asked and we're calling for THREE straight days to assure that the price and monthly payment can be met and you tell us yes then when we go it turns out it was all lies !Furthermore, we had explicitly informed Abel over the phone that we intended to trade in our 2019 Suburban, which is in excellent condition and has very low mileage. We disclosed that we still owed $37,000 on the loan and requested that it be paid off as part of the deal. Abel assured us that it would not be an issue and even hinted that they might offer us a higher trade-in value than what we owed. However, upon our arrival at the dealership, the sales agent named TK informed us that they would only give us $23,000 for our Suburban. This offer was shockingly low and felt like a blatant act of robbery, considering the fact that our vehicle is worth close to $40,000. The significant disparity between the promised trade-in value and the actual offer further compounded our frustration and disappointment with the dealership.Additionally, the sales agent TK resorted to aggressive tactics and put immense pressure on us to test drive the vehicle, despite my clear reluctance. I had expressed my desire to first ensure that we could reach a satisfactory agreement regarding the deal and keep our payments within our desired range. However, TK raised his voice and yelled, "I SAID DRIVE IT," disregarding my concerns. His intimidating behavior even frightened our children, making the situation even more distressing.Attached are screenshots of me speaking to Abel, also another lie he said a Yukon was 78k see attachment photos of sticker price when we get there TK states is well over 100k these discrepancies in prices are of over $20k!! Which is unheard of ! We had asked to speak to sales manager well he never came out and still never called us! Sad that they don't care we had the money on hand would have probably been their easiest sale and they did not c

What a joke, David Lam does not answer his phone, I've been trying to call for a week. His extension just goes on repeat back to beginning and it doesn't even let me leave a message. I did go into Moss several weeks ago, the manager of the day was shocked at my situation and assured me he would be on top of it. He told me he would call me every Friday until the issue has been resolved, that was 4 Fridays ago. Disgusted and fed up!

Horrible customer service and lack of communication. First, they couldn't find my service slip for my appointment this morning. Then they set up an appointment at at 8:30am so I got here at 8 am, but now they are talking about they can't start my car til about 10 am. It is stupid to set up an appointment if they aren't even gonna keep it. I could have been doing more productive stuff with my time instead of sitting in a dealership for hours on end. I had to cancel appointments because of there lack on time management. Steer clear from the whole Moss Bros Dealerships they are liars and crooks

We had a great experience, a special thanks to our salesman Omar who made the whole process run smoothly. He wasn’t pushy and really took the time hear our wants and needs. Specially because my fiancé wanted to get us a safe truck as our family vehicle. It was a plus that Omar was able to get the truck in the color I wanted. 10/10 would recommend him.

Overall, very pleased. I knew going in from my own research that I was looking at a major decision because of the materials and labor cost (computer module failure). My service rep accumulated all the data, told me exactly how much time would be needed for the technician to get him the diagnosis, and then how much time would be needed for the repair. Without question, I am pleased I went with the repair which has corrected the stalling, dead battery, and other quirky issues like clock and radio. Even the automatic door lock problem has been corrected. I can only say to my service rep and his team it was a job well done.
