This move happened during the hardest time in my entire life, and I genuinely do not know how I would have gotten through it without them.
They did so much more than just move boxes. They helped dump trash, clean out my old apartment, and carefully move my belongings into my new apartment and some items into storage. Every single step of the way, they were patient, compassionate, kind, and incredibly supportive. They treated me like a human being, not just another job on the schedule.
What stood out most was their empathy. I was overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted, and they met me with understanding, gentleness, and respect. They never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and went above and beyond to make an impossibly hard day feel manageable.
They were professional, efficient, and thoughtful with my things, but even more importantly, they were genuinely caring. They felt like angels showing up exactly when I needed them most. Truly a godsend.
