“This place is great! So accommodating and very friendly staff! There was another gentleman there from another storage same business just had to be there for the day. He was just as awesome as the people who work there everyday. He helped me relocate my things to a smaller unite, the place was way bigger than I thought and a lot cheaper! Also helped us move all our things. I wish I remembered his name he was such a great guy and made everything feel so much easier. Things were done swiftly and in a timely manner. I have my infant daughter with us and you know how things can be such a hassle but not with him. He made sure we were taken care of and satisfied before we left. I really like this place! Go here!! The other reviews are absurd. Not here.”

“This self storage location has competitive rates and offers many unit options. They have an office with plenty of parking options should you want to go into the office to review unit availability / options or pay for your unit in person instead of the online portal. You have to follow a small narrow entrance that is hidden between a car auto shop entrance and a small local plaza, but they do have a sign that's visible only from the main street. They offer a secure lot with gates and barbed wire perimeter, as well as drive up and indoor units that vary in price. I would highly reccomend and can confirm units have been generally safe throughout my last 3 year usage. BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT ENTRY / EXIT TIMES to avoid getting stuck inside, while loading or unloading as time tends to fly when you're busy.”

“We have been paying for a unit here for over 10 years since we downgraded my parents property. We have never had a single issue. Our storage was a medium sized outdoor unit and as long as you covered your belongings with a sheet or plastic all of them would be kept in the same condition as you left it. The price were very competitive to the ones in the area and remained lower in comparison over the years with minimal increases over the years. If there ever was an issue of payment they would attempt to contact multiple times Alfi resolve with no fees. The location is also perfect. Nadia was the store manager and was a pleasure to deal with.”

“Nice facility, Brooke is extremely nice and helpful. They were able to help me with all my needs!! The ONLY things is They need a flat dollie to help move items into storage. I'm a single mom trying to move heavy items into the unit with kids helping. Would be much easier and faster with a flat dollie.. also I don't like that you have to be gone before 8 pm or you will get locked into the facility. Wish the facility had 24 hour accessible. But other that those two I would definitely recommend them.”

“Good place to keep your toys and stuff. Brittany (customer service agent at site in MV) is very respectful, cordial, and sincere with helping everyone. Only drawback at times is gate issues (in-operative) along with the yard being all gravel and dirt so expect to get a little dirty. However, that is the only thing if co sidereal negative can say. I'm all. Very happy with StorQuest and definitely Italy recommend to anyone considering. I have been with quite a few other companies and experienced break-ins, poor management, and crazy rate spikes without notice...”

“I used these folks to move from a 2500 sq. foot house + 250 sq foot storage unit. The crew was great and extremely helpful over the two days they were packing up the house. They handled our stuff with great care, and moved some things they were not taking (very fragile things) up to our garage so we could easily drive them ourselves.Out of state move, so North American Van Lines will pick up and load our stuff in their big trucks from Burgess' Riverside location.I would absolutely use them again.”

I had been shopping around for a couple weeks looking for a fair price good location and I must have gone through a dozen of storage places and none of them came close to what Life Storage has to offer. All my boxes were checked when I finally decided to go with life storage, it was a no-brainer. My daughter is storing her stuff in another storage place and I will be recommending my daughter to change locations because she’s going to end up saving $60 a month making the switch. ??”

“Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 rented a truck and the staff; Meagan and Manager JD were so nice! My dog has been having seizures & they were empathetic and gave me some food tips. Also, when the guy (not sure of his name) pulled up the truck for me he also put the heater on for me as it was pretty cold that morning. Really appreciate the staff and their professionalism.”
