“Gios shop, what can I tell you, if you need repairs on your car, this is the place to be, owner is easy going and prompt to hell you as soon as needed, prices are fair , I say you get what you pay for and here at this shop you get excellent service on your vehicle not to mention friendly people with a smile. I have gone back several times and as a matter of fact getting my smog done tomorrow, will continue to go there as I have yet to have a problem with the work done on my vehicles, go, you won't regret it.”

“Katie went above and beyond my expectations as I was in dire states of a low profile tire which was showing metal coming from the inside edge of the tire. It was close to closing time and to be truthful, I expected to be turned away as the vehicle has 35 /20" tires. To top that off, I also needed the vehicle alignment done. She welcomed me (and keep in mind that they were short on staff) told me that if I had the time, she would successfully complete the work requested. Her only technician Robert was working his tail off. Now it is 6:50 pm. They close at 6pm. I told her that it was going to be ok if I just left the vehicle overnight and pick it up tomorrow as I knew they both exhausted and tired. Katie and Robert (great team) both decided to stay way over closing time and finish my car. Robert always had a smile on his face and very courteous. Katie smiled as she demonstrated great leadership skills and fostered a positive working environment for her technician Robert. It is now 7:15 pm, Saturday evening, and she is actually helping Robert get it done. Upper management needs to recognize the hard effort she but forth to satisfy their NEW CUSTOMER!!!”

“The two gentlemen that help me out gave me an oil change. But I was have transmission problems (we originally went Auto Zone on Eucalyptus, but the two men that were suppose to help us there were being lazy and didn't do their job, wouldn't recommend Auto Zone read your transmission) and needed a reader to find out what was the problem. They were willing to tell me what problem was and next day we went to Firestone and got it fixed and a few days later the transmission was fixed. Thank you for helping me and I would tell anyone to go to the Jiffy Lube on Heacock, they are worth it.”
