“So I bought a car with a bunch of issues. That was my mistake.
I brought the car in to top dawg auto repair and they quoted me within a couple hours. They started the work yesterday late in the afternoon and had it finished by today.
I was worried about putting more repair costs into the vehicle than it was worth, but for me, it was better than buying another car.
So a bunch of work needed to be done that might never have been done before for a vehicle with ~135k miles. This contributed heavily to my costs.
However, Top Dawg made a tremendous effort to keep my quote at around the same price, even though there were additional issues that were left off the initial quote (new tires and alignment). Probably saved me at least $500 from what they would have charged me. Solid dudes. Would happily bring my car back.”
“Guys did a fantastic job. Had my oil changed and replaced the oil level sensor on my newly rebuilt engine (04 Avalanche). Guys ordered the part and the oil and had the job done in under 30 min from start to finish. These guys are great. I’ll be doing all my service maintenance for all my vehicles with them from now on.”

“Couldn’t be happier with the services I’ve had done at McNair’s!! We’ve taken my wife’s car in twice, for two separate issues, and the staff/mechanics have resolved the issue both times. Each time, they were very friendly and communicative through the process! The first time was a battery replacement. After AAA told my wife her battery was fine, we took it to McNair’s because we weren’t sure what the issue was. Turns out it was the battery, and McNair’s was able to replace it the same day for a reasonable price! The next issue was my wife’s tire losing air. They assessed the situation, and called us to inform us that they weren’t able to repair the damage, and that they had some replacement tires in stock and ready to be installed! Couldn’t be happier with the service both times, and I’ll for sure be taking our cars back in if the need arises!”

The service has been timely, efficient, and well organized each time. The service advisors are professional, approachable, and always take the time to answer my questions clearly without rushing me.
I work remotely, so I really appreciate that they are mindful of my time. They have arranged a Lyft for me either back home or over to Canyon Crest Towne Centre so I can get work done while my truck is being serviced. That level of consideration goes a long way.
Getting in and out of the location can be a bit tricky because of the street traffic, but that is more about the area than the dealership itself. They have serviced my Maverick since I purchased it new, and I trust them with it. I would absolutely recommend them.”

Of course, I ended up with a flat tire on a holiday, and after making an appointment I found out my truck didn’t even come with the factory tool needed to lower the spare tire. What could have turned into a major headache wasn’t a problem for Robert’s technicians, they were knowledgeable, resourceful, and figured out another way to safely get the spare down.
After everything they did, I offered to pay for the extra time and effort. Robert kindly refused, telling me that their job is to make sure people get back on the road safely, not to charge for every little thing. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days.
Robert and his team were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s refreshing to do business with people who put customers first. I highly recommend Tire Choice, and they’ll definitely have my business in the future.”
