“I visited this location 3 times over a couple weeks, trying to figure out how to economically ship 4 boxes including 2 that were oversized. Ruby was there each time, and she REALLY made it a good experience! She multitasks well, keeps impressive composure when managing a busy store solo, and was professional and knowledgeable throughout my interactions with her. She was very reassuring, friendly, and supportive in what I was trying to do. So glad I took my boxes to this location and would use them again for shipping needs to experience her/her staff's service.
Physical location-wise, the parking is challenging/not so convenient. The store has dollies you can borrow to transport your boxes in.”

“We needed a print job done on 3 inch ribbon to be for a flower wreath at our grandmas funeral and Saul was very helpful! It was very last minute and he did it the day before the funeral. He sent us samples and made sure everything was perfect! I couldn't have been more happier, it turned out beautiful! He even made the extra effort to call the flower company for the measurements just to make sure nothing was amiss! Great customer service and would definitely recommend and use him in the near future.”

“I utilized the curbside option for picking up my copies of my resume and cover letter. It was a very easy process. A young man brought it out to me however I wasnt expecting 2 sided resume/cover letter. So, I ended up getting out anyways.
Upon entry I go straight to that department where Cole has 1 and 1 in line, so I hop in line. This guy spoke Spanish so working in the auto industry I feel the struggle. He helped the next guy with his quick fax job. I waited for my turn.
Before I could even finish my concern he explained I was given the wrong ones, and he had them ready right behind where he was sitting. There was no extra fee, no hassle whatsoever. And I went on about dropping my resume lol. Thank you Cole you saved the day and deserve a raise, you're the reason this review isn't negative in any way. ? this location should value you.”

“I just had two shirts customized at CSW and was very satisfied with the final products. I dealt mainly with Mike and the customer service was great. I needed a fast turnaround for one of the shirts and the shirt was ready in time. Prices are reasonable.”
