“So every time I come to this UPS store I get great service. Today it was Jessica. Amazing customer service. She was friendly and very very helpful. I had two separate transactions and she was so patient while I called my daughter in law to make sure they didn’t need to sign for the package. I will always use this location for fast and very friendly service .”

“Miss Toni and Miss Grecy are absolutely worth the drive that I take from darn near from Sun City/downtown Pereis to their store. their customer service is always stellar they're always willing to lend a helping hand and to somebody who's 88 disabled I really really appreciate that. and they're always professional no matter what and we all know every day in life is not a good day but they never let that deter them from giving the best customer service. I drove right clean past the store on Nuevo in Perris California which is literally no more than 5 minutes from my house because their attitude is so disgusting and they're so rude. I've lived in Perris over 16 years tried to give them numerous of tries but it's not worth it and with these gas prices that should say a lot that I'm willing to drive 17 miles to another location because they provide excellent customer service. the Moreno Valley location will continue to get my business!”

“DRIVERS BEWARE if you plan on parking bobtail by the entrance, get ready for 86$ ticket. There's a city cop wannabe that writes those tickets like a ninja. You park, you get something from the fridge and BAM you got a ticket on the window. Idk how he does it, but it's his spot. I got the ticket twice already, and I wasn't even sleeping.”
