“I have been coming here for about ten years and this has Always been my Go to spot. The store is Very clean, welcoming, and the staff genuinely treat people like family. They are respectful, Professional, and Consistent every single time I come In.
I saw the recent review making serious accusation and I Personally feel the need to speak up because I was there that day. The statements in that review are Not true The man was asking for something the store does not carry . When he was told No, he became upset and Started Causing a Scene in front of everyone. He was Loud, Confrontational, and even said he would ruin the business because he did not get what he wanted. It was Completely uncalled for and made Other customers uncomfortable.
The Staff Even Managed To handle it calmly and professionally the Entire time, even while being disrespected. After ten years of being a loyal customer, I can confidently say this business operates with Integrity. I will Continue supporting Them. Thank you HR Smokes n Gifts.”
“Open till 10pm . Everyday of the week. Monday thru Sunday. Neon Green sign that says LIQUOR, but they don't sale liquor, but they are owned by the liquor store that does in the same plaza located on the exact opposite side. Located at the crossing of Heacock and Alessandro, opposite the street side that has Dairy Queen. The evening staff is cool. The last 10 min before closing are always the most busy. They open earlier than most other head shops. Like 8 or 9am. And always close late at 10pm .”

“I came in and purchased a product that I was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, once I got home, I learned that the device needed to used w/ an attachment. I called and asked if I could trade it for another device that didn’t require an attachment and was told by the employee and assured them that I had not used the device and all of the packaging was intact. In return, they informed me that the store does not usually do refunds or exchanges, but I could come in the morning, once the owner was there, to see if he/ she could help me.
I returned to the location, first thing the following morning and was told by a very kind employee (Nioma?) that the owner was not in , but when I explained my issue to her, she graciously offered me her own attachment and said she had another one at home that she could use. I was so impressed by her generosity and thoughtfulness and figured I would let everyone know that there are still kind people out here, who work in customer service positions. Thank you Nioma! My device works perfect and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for being willing to resolve a customer’s issue at your own personal expense.”
