“The customer service was excellent. I was informed of ETA. Driver Syed arrived on time. He exceeded my expectation. Unlike the AAA, with whom I have membership, M V Towing was super. Instead of giving excuses for the size of the tuck, the driver used his existing equipment to tow my truck safely to a nearby Auto shop where I saved a lot of money. M V was chosen by my Insurance carrier 21 Century Insurance. I am simply thankful. After two days of battle and mental pain today I got my truck back in running order. A million thanks to M V Towing and my Insurance carrier.”

The female attendee I don't think knew what she was doing, and we all waited until 2 other employees came to catch the line up in minutes. They probably need to train a little better in that department.”

“Well Tavian helped me and gave better service then the Fontana Uhaul. Yesterday before I left Uhaul after they installed my Class 2 hitch in Fontana I heard a rattling sound so Miguel said oh its this metal guard and he said he couldn't do much to fix it. So today I went to Uhaul on Sunnymead Blvd in Moreno Valley and Tavian the guy who does hitches put up on the jack. He then said if I have anymore problems bring back so then when I left it started to rattle again. He said let me see what I can do so I brought back in and he fixed it no more rattling sound. So while out running errands I stopped into give his boss a great customer service reveiw. He should be a manager or get a good raise for his great customer service. I told his boss I used to work in customer service and you usually never hear great reveiws you usually only hear complaints. So thank you to Tavian I will be sure to also write Uhaul customer service on your excellent service”
