I wasn't there too long, between the time of standing in line to complete my business there was less than 10 minutes. And all I need to pick up my mail is my picture ID/DL. And they hold my mail for 30 days.

They decided to count their drawer during a rush that ended with 20+ people in line. One window was open, freaken embarrassing. Mike apologized and did his best.
