“Went to Kohls to do some shopping this past Sunday & this young girl by the name of Stephanie helped me open a Kohls credit card account, she answered all of my questions , she was patient & a sweet girl with great energy & great customer service skills , not easy to find people like this anymore , I also would like to add there was another gentle men that also helped out he was also very nice didnt catch his name might have been a manager not sure but again , they both were very nice. The store has nice restrooms the fitting room was nice & tidy , the store was not to stocked up some shelves were empty but the store was pretty organized made my shopping experience great & easy . Great customer service experience , happy customer :)”

This is my first time to a MACY'S BACKSTAGE and I gotta say it's definitely a spot I'd come to again. It has all the brands regular Macy's has, maybe just overflow or one season behind. However, deals to be had.
Service was great, no pushy salespeople and everyone seems pretty civil. Checkout was a breeze. Parkiyis great. I'm definitely coming back here!”
“I took my daughter shopping for her birthday Dec 1st and decided to take her to Moreno Valley Mall. She went into this store and fell in love with this Rapunzil Jacket. They had so many different character items, so cute!...but pricey. I haven't seen another like it. The girl that helped us was just the sweetest! She did her job very well. She was tiny, dark brown hair gal and I really appreciate her excellant customer service.”
“lots and lots of beautiful soft quality tie dye. fun 100% cotton overalls and pants. lots of Baja hoodies black hoodies ponchos beautiful hemp bags. Great incense and wonderful body oils. My favorite is the Coco Mango and the Egyptian musk. very nice people and lots of fun quality clothes. Nice variety of African dresses for church. they're in the Moreno valley Mall upstairs across from JCPenney's”
“Leann was so helpful yesterday morning she was going above and beyond to look for the Jean fit I was looking for. I tried on a few pairs and she let me know that some of the ones I was looking for were online only but that I could also order them in store and she was just so patient. “I would give it a 5 but the guy didnt let me try on the 501s that they have and i didnt have a problem if they were big or not but either way i just didnt mind it and there was this guy asking to try on a dress and the worker said that it would look nice on him so i just assumed that the guy was probably gay so i gave some respect to the worker and he was kinda chill?”

“Jessica, the store manager, went above and beyond for me today! I had placed an online order for pick up for a Valentine’s Day gift and when I showed up it was not processed in their system yet so another store employee had cancelled the order so I could rebuy the shoes and not have to wait for the order to process. However, I initially paid with a gift card so when I went to go pay for the shoes it was saying $0 balance on my card. Jessica called customer service and was on the phone with them for about 30 mins so that I could get the gift card refunded and be able to buy my valentines gift for tonight. She handled the situation professionally and found a creative way to make it work. Thanks Jessica for all your help!”

“The store has good items but there is always only one register open and sometimes the line is across the store. Last time I asked they said that the rule was if there was more then 3 people in line then they could open another register but they never do and the employees chat and take there sweet time which causes the line to grow much longer .
Don’t get me wrong it’s fine if they chat you know but at least open another register so that the time passes by faster”

“Cindy did such a great job for my daughter’s birthday party! She prepared everything from birthday decorations and activities. She was also so nice by listening to me and responded to my calls. The Birthday Decorations that she prepared were beyond what I expected! Also, the birthday activities that Cindy suggested were so fun and the girls loved it! Cindy and her co worker were also helpful with passing out pizza and desserts. They were also helpful with the kids. I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to do a birthday party for their daughter at Claire’s with Cindy.”
