“This is one of my favorite Homegoods/Tj Maxx, mainly because of the people who work here! I was there on the 15th, a few days ago, and I believe Lupe checked me out. She was brunette with light eyes. She made the whole experience! I'm a reseller, so I shop a lot, and it's not often I get someone who is kind, patient, and so helpful! She had me all taken care of, while being thorough, helpful, and was great to talk to. I forgot to email my receipt, so I figured I'd come here to post my gratitude! She must be recognized! The store is also nice, being clean and easy to find things, but it's the people that really make this place better than ones in my area. I travel over 30 minutes to come here for a reason. Keep it up staff!”

“I used to come here for JCPenney portraits when my kids were little, and it was always a great experience. As for shopping, they often have excellent jewelry sales. I’ve picked up a few nice pieces for myself and my sons. The jewelry insurance is also impressive. One time, my son’s necklace broke, and although they said it would take six weeks to repair, it was ready in just two!
When it comes to clothing, they offer great deals, especially around back to school season. Customer service is decent, not outstanding, but satisfactory. Overall, I’ve had a good experience shopping here.”
“The pharmacist today really helped me out. My doctor sent my babies prescriptions in late and they were backed up and once I told them it was for my 1 year old with infection in his throat they got to work and helped meter it in time before they closed. Very grateful”

“The store has good items but there is always only one register open and sometimes the line is across the store. Last time I asked they said that the rule was if there was more then 3 people in line then they could open another register but they never do and the employees chat and take there sweet time which causes the line to grow much longer .
Don’t get me wrong it’s fine if they chat you know but at least open another register so that the time passes by faster”

This is my first time to a MACY'S BACKSTAGE and I gotta say it's definitely a spot I'd come to again. It has all the brands regular Macy's has, maybe just overflow or one season behind. However, deals to be had.
Service was great, no pushy salespeople and everyone seems pretty civil. Checkout was a breeze. Parkiyis great. I'm definitely coming back here!”

Sign says no outlet and gate is left in the kudashack thingy! Two DC’s on kitchings and the one on the right is not us. Great people though. In and out!”
“About four months ago, I planned a trip overseas and decided I needed a few things for my trip. I decided Macy's would fill the need. I first looked at some men's clothing and then went to men's fragrances. I was helped by a sales associate by the name of Elizabeth H. who greeted me with a very genuine smile. She was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and efficient. I have worked in sales for many years and understand that building relationships with customers is very important. That's the first impression I got from Liz, and the fragrance department as a whole. Not only did Liz help me with choosing a fragrance, she also took an interactive role in helping me navigate the ways I could save and accrue points for future purchases. I have been back several times since then and each time I seek out Elizabeth's professional service, while cringing at the balance I have accrued over time. With the type of in house service I have received, it's been worth every penny. Yesterday I was notified by Elizabeth of a VIP presale on men's fragrances. It's not very often that you get discounts on fragrances, so I decided stop by. Like always, with a friendly and professional approach, Liz helped me explore a few options and I was able to make a decision. I then left the store to stop by a retailer in the area who had a cordless handheld vacuum cleaner for $24, but of course they had run out. Thinking of the great service I received at Macy's, I went online and noticed they had one for $39. Without hesitation I got in my car and went back to Macy's to see Liz. Sure I was going to pay $15 more, but the quality was better. However, the most important reason I came back was the associate/customer relationship that Elizabeth H. manifested during my visit four months ago. Elizabeth is a great asset to your company and should be commended. Sincerely, James”
