“The reason this store has bad reviews is because scalpers/resellers come in the store and see out of print/rare stuff thinking that they're about to get a fat bag. They get mad because the price isn't retail and they aren't able to go flip it on there ebay/mercari for profit LOL so they leave a 1 star.The owner and con con are amazing individuals and they're both very knowledgeable when it comes to manga/comics/etc. I've talked to both individuals for hours and both of them are very respectful, kind, funny and overall great people. Not sure why people think they're rude or disrespectful because I've never seen that every time I've came in. The store is very unique and has a huge/great selection of manga which is something you don't see anywhere in the area as well. Thank you frank and con con for making me feel very comfortable in your store and having long conversations every time!”

“Such a magical place for anyone who loves arts and crafts. This store is so large you will need to dedicate a couple of hours to see it all. It would have been amazing to have someone dedicated to give tours around the store as some stuff seems so interesting but there's no instructions as for what they are used for.”
