“First of all, I want to clarify that this feedback is about CVS in general, not this specific location. It seems they are trying to reduce medication costs by replacing effective, higher-priced medications with less effective, lower-priced alternatives, which your insurance ends up covering. If this practice continues, please help report it!
Second, I want to say thank you to the team members at this location. My overall experience at this location was outstanding. The team members greeted me with smiles, which made a great impression. I want to especially thank Kathy (I hope I spelled her name correctly) for her exceptional help with my questions, even while she was busy.
