This post office offers phenomenal customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. The passport application process is super easy and efficient, with a separate section for these services. They provide on-site photo service, which is very convenient. The process does not take much time and everything goes smoothly. Mail pick up can sometimes take too long due to not enough workers, though the service is nice. The dedicated staff and their hard work are highly appreciated.
I liked things better when the lobby was open 24 hours, but it becomes difficult to retrieve mail from my P.O. Box when they do not open the doors on time. Do not have packages delivered there, unless you plan on visiting often.

Please stock more Federal Duck Stamps in October before duck season or at least reorder when you sell out. If you have been sold out for two weeks, seems like enough time to get more in stock??? Two years in a row this is their story?
