This post office offers phenomenal customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. The passport application process is super easy and efficient, with a separate section for these services. They provide on-site photo service, which is very convenient. The process does not take much time and everything goes smoothly. Mail pick up can sometimes take too long due to not enough workers, though the service is nice. The dedicated staff and their hard work are highly appreciated.

Staff were extra understanding right at closing time, given the need to ship mail that was due day. I liked things better when the lobby was open 24 hours, but it becomes difficult to retrieve mail from my P.O. Box when they do not open the doors on time. Do not have packages delivered there, unless you plan on visiting often.
