Estero Inn is an excellent hotel in a perfect location right on the waterfront, offering stunning views of Morro Rock and the bay. The rooms are fantastic—very large, clean, and thoughtfully put together with nice touches like a fireplace, a large shower, and a chess table. Many rooms have a balcony for watching spectacular wildlife, including sea otters, sea lions, pelicans, and eagles. The staff are lovely, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, providing great service and local tips. The location is highly recommended, within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, and eateries, with boat and kayak rentals next door. Guests can enjoy morning coffee in the lobby and explore the local area, from Morro Rock to nearby trails. It is a great spot, comfortable and homey, and definitely a must.
Wonderfully attentive service by Dani. Room was very clean and extremely well thought out. Location is 11 out of 10. We had the Morro Bay Suite. Great view. Good nights sleep each night. The wine room is a terrific addition to a great little inn.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The sheets are like butter, the towels are so soft and very thick, the decor tastefully and pleasing. I will be back!

Absolutely the best view of the bay. You are ON the water. We splurged on 2nd floor with wrap around private balcony. We watched sea otters cuddling their babies up close.
