A very nice man named Jose said he would give the work priority because he knew we were from out-of-town on a short vacation. He quoted a fair price, and stuck to it. No upsell or price-gouging. Very honest. He even gave some advice about something completely unrelated (involving the power steering) that he noticed while changing the spark plugs. It didn’t need immediate attention, but he said to keep an eye on it, and have it checked by our regular mechanic when we got home.”
