“My 96 Explorer 4wd had a severe vibration and another local shop told me I needed a replacement transfer case. Brought it to Matt who said it felt like drive shaft problem. They installed a new drive shaft assembly and an output shaft seal on the transfer case and problem was 100% solved at a fraction of the price quoted by the other shop. I am a very happy customer.”

“Although we did not end up repairing our transmission there, they were super kind and helpful with our issue. We had a p0740 code on our ram promaster transmission and they helped out figure out how bad it was. They test drove it to check the slip and looked at the oil to get a good idea and proposed and explained all of our options. They took a lot of the time and call a few places to help out as we were on the road travelling and living in the van and time and money were important to us. All that free of charge no questions asked. For time sake we decided to go to another place while our transmission was still working. So thankfull for the help on that stressful issue they were really nice folks and would have loved to give them our business.”

“I drove my VW Cabrio around for 2 years with no speedometer. I had taken it to Jim's in Morro Bay and after 3 attempts they told me to take it to the dealer. I took it to German Auto and they said they didn't have time to fix it. I took it to Lighty's, he had the car for over a week and didn't fix the problem. It came time to smog the car. It was get it fixed or junk the car, that ran great. Took it to Villa and John told me that they could fix it. Sure enough, a week later the Cabrio was smoged and in the road with a working speedometer. Villa saved my car!!!”

“The state asked for a smog check to be done on my vehicle so I immediately thought of Villa Automotive. They had serviced my cars for the past few years with distinction. Sure enough, when I called them they assured me that I could come in without an appointment if all I needed was a smog check. I was greeted at the door and was told I would be out shortly. To me shortly means at least an hour but I was to be surprised. Minutes later, I looked out the door and saw my car sat waiting for me in the driveway, ready to go. I thank Jerry for handling my need so quickly and smoothly and Blake for attending to the matter at hand, professionally. I certainly will return.”
