“This hotel is GREAT. I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly generous and helpful. I arrived late in the evening from the airport very and they welcomed me graciously. The rooms were very cozy and clean. But the service really set this place apart. Very generous and helpful staff! DEFINITELY recommend.”

“Booked this hotel through Hotwire.com, the rooms were clean and well maintained. This place is close to the SFO airport was not that far from golden gate or Sausalito. This place has free parking and breakfast was included in stay. The breakfast we the same cheese omelette with juice, con flakes, hot waffle. This place is OK to stay for the overall price.”

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Regency Inn in San Bruno, and we can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for great value, spotless comfort, and genuinely warm hospitality, this is the place to stay.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the rooms and service. It's hard to find accommodations this well-kept at such a good rate in the Bay Area!
The rooms were immaculate—modern, perfectly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, from the bedding to the bathrooms. It’s clear the staff takes real pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to get work done and stay connected throughout our stay.
One of the standout aspects was the attitude of the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and refreshingly upbeat. There was a great sense of humor and warmth that made the whole environment feel welcoming and relaxed.
A special thank-you goes to the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with directions, or just checking in with a smile, their attentiveness and care truly made a difference.
In short, Regency Inn is a hidden gem in San Bruno. It's perfect for business travelers, vacationers, or anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant hotel experience at a great price.

“The Ritz in half moon bay doesn’t disappoint. Our yearly visit for the Portuguese crap ciopino with friends. We stayed in a cottage overlooking the ocean. Second floor and what a glorious day it was. The cottage was beautiful. Foyer with half bathroom then living room with TV. Then through the French doors there’s another couch and bed. His and hers closet with huge steam shower, his and hers vanities and large soaker tub- absolutely gorgeous with marble floors throughout. There facility is stunning. Two incredible golf courses, pickleball, tennis courts and pool. The only bummer of the trip was the trail was closed due to construction. A large crane was preventing people from walking the trail and it was in the way during the sunset depending where you were.
If we go back we will want to make sure they don’t have construction going on. Other than that it was a great weekend trip.”

“I always have such a great stay whenever I’m in town, and a big part of that is because of Rakesh at the front desk. From the moment I check in every time, he’s incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. He remembers my name, is always super helpful with recommendations, and always makes time to check in and see how my day is going. He just makes everything feel easy and personal.
The hotel itself is beautiful with clean, modern rooms, a super comfy bed, and a nice breakfast. The location is perfect being right near SFO and they offer a shuttle to the airport! But honestly, Rakesh is the highlight. He always goes above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough!”

“Great for the price!
We have traveled in the San Francisco area for 14 days and we have stayed at the very expensive hotel. This is absolutely the cheapest and nicest. A wonderful location on Strandvejen, very large and clean rooms, a nice terrace and very friendly staff. We borrowed wine glasses from the kitchen and bought our food in a delicious supermarket nearby and watched the most beautiful sunset.
Rooms: Big, nice and clean with everything we needed”
“Great mini-vacation down from the city. Good price for a very clean, comfortable room, feet away from the crashing waves of Rockaway Beach. Nick's restaurant is right next door where I ate every
meal (grilled crab sandwich with avocado, wow), and made friends with the bartenders that treated me like I had been a regular for years. They even have live music and dancing on the weekends. That was very amusing and enjoyable.
The entire experience was a very nice, relaxing and reasonable get-away for us city drudges. Did wish for a microwave in the room, but no big deal.
Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.”

We planned to find a launderette locally as we are on a 3 week trip, and were delighted to find a guest laundry room onsite which was an incredible suprise and very very convenient.
Great equipped gym too.”
“I stayed in a Terrace Room. Very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. The view of the golf course was pleasant and the deck was clean and comfortable. The patio below had games, a pool and a fire place with comfy seating. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable -- I have arthritis so that was important. There wasn't a microwave but I imagine you could ask for one.
I loved it and I hope to make a trip back to the area soon.”

“After a full day exploring the Redwoods in Big Basin, we drove up to the Oceanfront Inn and stayed in the Porto room. The beachfront view was outstanding. We ended up spending most of our time on the balcony watching people and dogs walk the beach. Quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend and hope to return someday.”

“For what it is, it is a fantastic place to stay. I got a last minute room at around midnight after my flight was delayed, the man behind the counter was very helpful and had a room set up for me before I even got there. The room was very clean and was very nice for the price, and it being so close to the airport was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend staying if you need a cheap place near the airport”
“When I arrived at the airport I had no idea where to go and Jamesh helped me with finding the place and saving money.
He gave me recommendations on what to do, how to save money, and how to get around. He was so sweet and made my trip great just by being so nice to me. I would stay there again just because of him.
I believe her name was Kenny, she was also very sweet and gave recommendations.

“The bathtub is a jetted tub. If l could give 6 stars l would. So awesome.
There is a water dispenser in the gym room and the lobby. Plus one as part of the ice machine.
Another conference room off the lobby that isn't used. Would be great for breakfast.
Wish the landscaping included picking litter a little more.
Too bad the separate conference building is only used for storage.”

“My room was next to the street so rather noisy. But the room was nice and clean and the desk was friendly and accommodating when I asked for a blanket. DO NOT choose the room service though...it took 1 1/2 hrs to get my food and 3 calls. It was delivered to the door with NO knock...my paste and garlic bread were cold. I was glad for the microwave in the room!”

“This is just the cutest unique inn. The rooms are sweet and eclectic. They have real coffee with real mugs n glassware. A wine key and bucket. Water in multiple places. Totally pet friendly. Our room was attached to a shared courtyard which provided extra space to sit and relax. Hands down would stay again. If you can't do stairs this isn't the place for you also no AC but the cool nights with the fan and open window were wonderful. Everything is so well though out and there is a wonderful italian restaurant right next door.”

“The hotel is very small (11 rooms) and is simply wonderful. The staff is amazing. Upon checking in, we received 2 snickerdoodle cookies— soft and delicious and a latte! The staff person showed us how to get to the walking trail and the ocean. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is 6 miles north of Half Moon Bay and is perfect for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back!”
