“I stopped here after a shelf in my travel trailer collapsed. Mary helped me find the materials I needed to repair it, and cut the molding to fit. After I left the store, she noticed that I was towing a travel trailer, and ran out of the store to direct me to an east turn around. That is exceptional customer service.”
“Ace truly is the helpful place. Was in there twice recently for some water feature parts (pump, etc), both times close to closing, unfortunately. The first time the guy was helpful enough and found me what should have been the correct equipment, but, unfortunately one piece was not the right size (to fit my existing installed tubing, not the stores fault). Was able to sort everything out on the second visit and get the right part even though it gave us all some difficulty finding exactly what I needed and kept the employees there past close (sorry guys!). That above and beyond behavior earns my respect, customer loyalty and this review though - I appreciate the dedicated assistance. All in all, always had a pleasant experience at Ace , and the staff in general have always been super helpful. Bill, the GM, is also a very nice guy. 5 stars ?”
