“Taye from customer support she was more than helpful. So happy to hear there is still social people in the world. She was very thoughtful and sweet. While I have yet to receive help from a technician to fix my problem with the wifi that's fine patience is a virtue so we will see hopefully today or Monday. In all honesty you can't beat the speeds they give you here! If you end up a long-standing customer like myself MAKE SURE you check your mail or emails if you notice your bill goes up. That was a mistake I had to learn. They give great promotions but they do expire so stay on top of renewing them so you still pay the amount you can afford every month! Taye was so great at explaining that to me! That woman needs a raise Vyve!”
