It turns out this mythical tier of customer service actually exists, and it’s located at your small retail store on 4641 Churn Creek Road in Redding, California. His name is Dane, and he has been holding down the fort for you for five years. During my recent visit, Dane simultaneously fixed critical issues on both my phone and my watch while single-handedly troubleshooting problems for two other customers at the exact same time. It was less like standard tech support and more like watching a master class in air-traffic control. Every single person walked out of that store relieved, impressed, and genuinely thankful. Dane is easily one of the sharpest, most efficient representatives on your payroll. He deserves immediate recognition, a formal pat on the back, and—most importantly—a very well-deserved raise. Thank you, Dane, for turning what is usually a painful errand into a flawless experience.”

“The only thing I found difficult was having to stand for a length of time while doing business. I am disabled and a senior. Years ago they would have tables and we sat at them and conducted our business. It was also freezing in there, one woman went to her car and got a car blanket. I felt like I was going to collapse. It is not disabled friendly. The service and staff are great though. I tjink ut must be extremelt hard o. The staff to stand all day for 8 hours a day too. I have noticed a large turn over of staff members.”
