very anxious night and morning I finally was able to speak to the owner and his employee at their store. They worked for twenty minutes trying to diagnose the issue. Finally, the owner realized the problem and instructed the employee on how to fix the problem. My sim card had died when the texting rep had sent an update to my phone. They replaced it and I was good to go.
