“Place is right off the freeway and convenient for commuters on their way to the bay. Or people coming out to the Delta. A lot of Rif Raf in the early morning hours. So be aware of your surroundings. But this has nothing to with the gas station itself.”

“I been coming to this market since I was a little girl. I'm 48 years old and I visit this store at least 4 days a week. Service is good. Very friendly and very clean store.”

“Good prices if you get a wash too. The cashier was very nice and pleasant to interact with when it came to my refund. The bathrooms could use some deep cleaning a few times a month, maybe to help the smell. Good snack and grab n go things on deals. If you get the app, you get more deals on items, and I think it's gas too.”

“Their prices are great here. All the pumps are always working when I've gone here and it's not as busy and the other arco near the freeway. It's always clean and I like that they have a car wash. I haven't interacted with staff here before so I cannot comment on that. Their machines are always working, which I appreciate and employees all wear masks and take Covid precautions. They share a parking lot with McDonald's and Walgreens which makes this place a great stop at the beginning of your day or at the end.”

“This place is now called "Michael's Market" and it currently sells Shell branded gas. Years ago this was a Valero station w/ a food shop. I don't come out to Discovery Bay too much anymore, but I stopped by for some gas and snacks on a Monday evening. Michael's Market is like a convenience store (c-store), but it's loaded with beer, wine and tobacco items. It has a fountain area and wide variety of snacks and candy. For awhile it was the only neighborhood shop around. But now the Discovery Bay shopping center is right next door. Yes, I saw the Confederate flag. But the clerk was friendly and helpful. I was wearing my work uniform w/ ID. People with jobs usually have money to spend. Michael's Market is a well stocked c-store that can save you a trip down the road to the Safeway shopping center. Shell gas prices were about average for the SF Bay Area. Located on the corner of Discovery Bay Blvd & Riverlake Rd.”

“Much like Smitty Werben Jaegerman-Jenson, this place is #1. Best quality gas. Best quality store. Best quality customer service. 10/10 definitely coming back because I commute just like the rest of Tracy.”

“I wish I had known this place existed. I brought my dead key fob in and had the battery replaced in less than 2 minutes and it only cost $10. I have been taking my key fobs to the dealership and paying $20 each time. This place definitely has my business from now on. Very efficient, very pleasant experience.”

“I have been shopping at the Discovery Bay CVS store for 4 years. The staff has always been eager to help and to assure I received everything I needed. Ligia and Arcy are usually there to greet customers and they are both exceptional at knowing their products. I sincerely appreciate them both for their assistance and knowledge!”

“Has zig zag hemp wraps. I was looking for hemp wraps but had to stop here for a scratcher ticket worth $15 and Ziggy hasn't open and surprisingly had them. What I'm trying to say is that this store had something that no other place had. To say the least they adapt to their Surroundings.”

“I wondered in to this Chevron only because I absolutely had to get gas and I was pleasantly surprised with Emily’s proactive customer service. She signed me up for the rewards program and wouldn’t you know I saved four dollars? Very rarely am I impressed with customer service especially in today’s landscape if I could give Emily 10 stars I would it’s so wonderful to come in contact with an employee who actually likes their job. Thank you, Chevron.”

“I have gotten in the habit of picking my gas stations by both location AND what snacks they have. This particular station is a favorite for several reasons: convenience to the freeway (check), low prices (check), easy to get in and out (check), and good soda (check check). Someone at this station loves Cactus Cooler. It so happens I love Cactus Cooler and it can be hard to find. Walking in a finding it (consistently) is a real bonus. Even better, they added a car wash earlier this year. Some of the staff is really friendly and some isn't. I guess the two balance each other out. Terrific if you are paying cash because you don't have to go in the store. Recommended.”

“Had a nice experience here. The pumps worked perfectly as always although they don’t have long hoses. Overall, I think it is a great gas station to stop by.”

“Over the years a stop in Tracy is the perfect thing for a break between Elk Grove and the bay area. Its just about the half way point. This isn't my preferred exit - I like the other one with In N Out and Star Casino but that one doesn't have a Chevron. For as long as I can remember we always stopped in Tracy. They used to have this restaurant Orchards - with special home made apricot syrups to put on your French Toast that was to die for. Thats gone now turned into Black Bear diner. Leaves the problem of finding that new perfect routine. One of my routines is to aim for Chevron fuel. German cars can be finicky and if an engine light turns on it can be like diagnosing one of Dr House's patents. I don't need that. Prices were ok and receipt printed at the pump so no need to walk inside. I feel like most gas stations out there are like Black Bear diner. Just bla. Chevron feels more distinguished like Orchards. Call me crazy but maybe I'm just a sucker for the advertisements with all the happy little cars zooming around. Gone are the days of homemade syrups served at restaurants but I guess you can always count on that Techron availability.”
