“Anyone who cares about ceramics will know this place is great and the people are awesome . From wheels to glazes to kilns and tools, I wouldn't go another place . You could easily spend your paycheck but we are artist we don't get one.”

“I stopped by to get a battery. This store is amazing for I saw lots of glass and smoke supplies and accessories. A nice young lady offered to help me and I told her what I wanted and she got it for me straight away. She was friendly, courteous, and very nice. She told me to keep my receipt in case the device was defective and I needed to exchange it. I was in a hurry and did not have time to fully check out the store. I believe her name was Christina. “Enchantingly overwhelming! As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was falling under a spell. I was completely dazed by the extensive number and variety of items for sale. The journals alone were worth the visit, but then there is every type of pen, ink, and accessories that you could imagine. I grabbed a few pens to try and emerged back into Santana Row wondering just how soon I could come back.”
“We were looking for an unusual item that the website said was in stock. An employee asked to see it on the website, looked it up, and found it for us. He was very helpful.
The store was obviously short of employees. Probably not just on this shift. But everyone we saw was friendly.”

Easy to find items I was looking for.
Parking was easy even with limited store front parking.
Cashier was friendly and yes you was happy to see a cashier and not be asked or forced to use a self check out.
To bad it’s far away from where I live. Boo.”
