We asked for help finding a metric bolt and apparently the metric system is too confusing for all these boomers to understand. We asked for an m6 by 1.00 and the guy yelled at us saying it didn't exist. Rude customer service and plain idiocy, taking business elsewhere

We love the demo fences out front with descriptions of how to prepare and maintain different types of wood. I'm also very impressed with the customer service. I wish we found this place earlier in our renovation process. Their customer service is 1,000 times better than your Lowes, Home Depot, and even the old OSH. We will definitely go back here for our needs.
