“Recently I took my phone in due to a malicious virus attack. Chris Booth got rid of the virus and with my o.k., installed an anti-virus program (one that he said Click-Away uses on their own computers). I also ordered a new Dell laptop as the prices at Click-Away are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy; and if you want, after they will set it up and transfer your files and programs from your old computer to the new one, they do sell a plan for their services. This is good if you are not tech-saavy particularly or if you have no time to get problems solved using other companies. Chris was excellent, and though there were a couiple of glitches, he worked through them and was 100% responsive to my computer needs.”

“I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults.
Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process.

“They had a bathroom. There was water available. They had a iPad presentation about digital art tools. I got help on making a new iCloud because of design flaws with syncing. They listened to my pain points. I hope that they will make changes in future products to push users to use their new phones without excessive backups that take up space. It is an apple campus so you will hear many employees on the walk there. They have done some landscaping in the space.”

“I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. “Prices could be a bit more competitive,so if you know how to haggle ,you'll get a reasonable deal. If you know exactly what you need,and are not in a hurry,you might find cheaper online,but if you want to get same day exchange on bad RAM or incompatible,these guys are are good bet. Lifetime warranty on all the new stuff they sell,plus it is pretested for defects. I have been buying here since 07 and no issues what so ever with service.”

I am here to thank Apple and encourage them to continue creating these solutions that help improve quality of life for so many, but I'm also here to equally say how wonderful the Apple employee named Kaho was to me and my mother. Kaho was helping us pair the new Airpods but as I suspected they would cause problems, my mother's old ipad and old iphone were not making that simple. Not only did Kaho and Jeff solve our pairing issues but they made the experience truly wonderful. Kaho turned out to be Japanese like me and my mother and switched to Japanese for my mom who does not understand English very well and Kaho instinctively talked loud enough as well for my mother to hear her and talking to Kaho made my mother smile. Most people ignore people who can't hear and will talk to the one who can, but Kaho went out of her way to engage in conversation with my mother. Kaho was truly a Godsend to us! Jeff was also incredible and while Kaho had to help others, he filled in seamlessly and they successfully got the new Airpods connected for us while also being very pleasant. Now we just can't wait for the new hearing aid firmware to be released in a few days hopefully!”

The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here!You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes!Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!”
