I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get seen for my genius bar appointment. This delay meant they couldn’t repair my iPhone on the same day and I was without my phone overnight.

Do not recommend Genius Bar here. It is worth going to the University Ave location which is an about a mile. They associate are not knowledgeable and wastes your time. The managers are helpful but have to talk to associates who are slow and don’t know. Wasted 90m of my life.

Walls are made of glass and products are very well maintained. When I came, there was a very long line. The store was very good and displays were excellent.
