When I arrive the pharmacy on time, the staff told me they cannot help me and I need to come back tomorrow. I respect that and CVS will have no more my prescription. Also, their automated voice dialing system is the worst I've ever used, it seems like they only want to save money and don't care about the user experience... read full comment
Pharmacy was not busy at all. Came in since they advertise that walk-ins are welcome for covid/flu shots. Lady at the counter rudely said no walks in... went somewhere else that was actually busy and they took us in.
