“Costco is the only pharmacy carrying Novovax ( Covid Vaccine). They get 4 stars because I had to walk so far indoors amongst the unmasked masses. However, the injection room had a Hepa filter with far UVC, the pharmacist was wearing a KN95 and there was a plexiglass screen between her and me while giving the injection. Somebody believes in science!!”
“Paul was very attentive over the phone. Ordered a refill via automation. Then spoke to this pharmacist about having it ready earlier than automated schedule, questions about insurance and picking it up at a different location. He made reaching out to the other Walmart Pharmacy easy. The result was being able to pick it up at a different location, discounted and during an optimal time.”

“My mom and I went to this store to get our bivalent Covid immunizations. My mother is 93 years old, (and suffers from dementia) and told me she had to go to the bathroom. I have been to this store before, and recall having to walk across the parking lot to find a rest room because they have NO restrooms for customers. Well, they managed to track down someone that had a key to unlock an obscure restroom, and I need to thank Jody, the kind employee with glasses and a ponytail that unlocked and guided us to the restroom. She was very kind and patient, and let me go in with my mom who uses a walker. Hooray for Jody!We both got our immunizations without a hitch and were on our way!”

“I have been a long-time pharmacy customer at this location and come in quite often as I manage my family's as well as my parents' medications. The regular pharmacist always took good care of us, remembering details such as if we had changed doctors, coordinating the timing on filling the many different prescriptions to help save me trips, and giving us tips when we encounter a problem with prescription coverage or insurance issues. I have seen this crew go through some tough times, with high staff turnover due to the pandemic, to as recent as this past Sunday when I visited at 4pm and heard from the pharmacist that the power had gone out 5 times that day and hence they had to reboot the system and lose 15 minutes each time that happens, and had some dropped calls too. I agree with a previous reviewer that stated that they do need more help, especially since I can certainly see that they are much busier now with people showing up to get vaccinated and expecting to be helped right away. When I first started using this pharmacy 4 years ago, there was always 2 to 3 people working at a time. Now, it's often just one person. You can only do so much at one time, no matter how great you are at multitasking! Please properly staff your crew so they can take good care of us.”
“I work at SweetGreen so it’s like across the street. It’s literally my favorite CVS the staff there are sweet and very helpful , I shop there on my lunch breaks or when I am off work. “I have been using this pharmacy for my prescriptions for well over a decade now. The current pharmacist Benjamin is one of the best I've ever known. He keeps the techs in line, makes difficult insurance calls, and always gets me what I need, and I am NOT an easy case to say the least. Ben advocates for me and deals with doctors, insurance companies, and customers with the utmost respect. I do not plan on changing pharmacies anytime soon, I am quite happy where I am.”

“Okay, im seeing some bad reviews and it kinda makes me upset, Today i got to walgreens @ 9:18there was a huge line about 9-12 people. i had work at 10am in San Jose, so about 20-30 minute drive. I waited from 9:18 to 9:32 there was 3 people left in line ( other workers started helping the register to make the line die down) at 9:32 i went to the pharmacist window and explained that i needed my medication before i went to work and if she could ring me up since its already filled, she said no problem and rang me up! very good customer service, if you don't have patience or like waiting in a line, then maybe this place isn't for you, they always have my prescriptions ready and they do not give me any hassle at all. thank you walgreens! the only thing i do agree is maybe have two workers working the checkouts, other then that, its really good.and the line isnt a long wait, it can be about 15 minutes, depending how many people! thanks again guys for helping me today!”
