Never seen a worst apartment management like these people Eric and kelly. Once u sign the agreement and pay the amount then thats it. U will not get any reply and update for maintenance request . If they reply only to blame you or make excuse to come later . For them later means until u remind them back.

Very bad management. Never respond to any issues quickly. Rather lathargicaly takes their time and they would ask us what we did instead of fixing it. They just try out blame on us to make we pay for the fix.
